Developed with our team DH riders to handle the demands of World Cup level racing, Warhead bars are built for precision control and confidence-inspiring strength in the world of downhill competition.
Manufactured from high grade 7075 aluminium and featuring a shot-peened finish to maximise fatigue resistance, all Warhead bars feature a 31.8mm diameter clamping area for stiffness and strength at a remarkably light weight (just 316g for 760mm flat bar version).
Options include flat bars for those riders who favour a lower front end and more 'weight-forward' attacking position for improved traction and control; as well as classic medium-rise (20mm) and high-rise (38mm) variations to suit individual riders' preferences and styles.
Nukeproof Warhead bars are also now available in an 800mm width option, reflecting a growing preference for the extra leverage and control that wider bars can offer some riders.
All bars feature laser-etched graphics, incremental markings for cutting to preferred width and are available in three finishes - Black Anodized, Silver Anodized or Nukeproof Yellow.

Handlebar Installation Instructions:
1) Please make certain that your stem clamping diameter is 31.8mm before starting the installation process.
If it is, please continue to the next steps;
2) Inspect your stem for any burrs or rough spots that could damage the handlebar. If any such conditions
are found , take the stem to your dealer for repair or removal of the damage;
3) Clean your handlebar well. This will improve the clamping ability of the components;
4) Make sure that all the bolt threads on the stem clamp are well-lubricated with a high-quality grease;
5) Slide the handlebar into the stem clamp so that it is centered in the stem;
6) Tighten the stem clamps to the correct torque. Please confirm the correct tightening torque with the stem's manufacturer. Be careful not to tighten beyond the maximum limit, as damage to both the stem and handlebar could result;
7) Check that the installed handlebar does not rotate or slip when pressure is applied to it;
8) Install the remaining components (brake levers, cycle computers, etc.) in accordance with their respective manufacturer's instructions.
NOTE: Please confirm with the manufacturer of the stem that it is appropriate for use with your handlebar. Occasionally, the difference between the specified inner diameter of the stem clamp and the specified outer diameter of the handlebar may be greater than specified. If the stem clamps cannot be clamped securely enough for all riding conditions when the clamps are tightened within specifications, you may try a different combination of handlebar and stem to insure proper, safe installation. Please check with your dealer if you have any questions about the fit and compatibility of different components.
