Our Generator hubs are essential components for any high-grade wheelset, providing smooth and long-lasting bearing performance, a light weight that belies their ability to take hard knocks and enough axle options to satisfy every riding discipline and every rider.
A tough but lightweight 7075-series aluminium main hub body features cold- forged construction for optimum strength and fatigue resistance while extensive CNC machining shaves excess weight without compromising structural integrity.
Featuring a bold new graphic scheme, Generator hubs are available in three colour finishes Black, Yellow and Silver.
The Generator rear XL 150mm x 12mm has been designed to fit frames with a 150mm hub spacing and is built to take the punishment of DH racing and Freeride applications.
The hub features a total of six sealed cartridge bearings, two on either side of the hub body and a further two in the freehub body to help spread the loads of high impact landings.
A low friction seal between the bearings and freehub body eliminates contamination of the bearings from ingress of water and dust.
These hubs feature six pawls with leaf springs which are located in the main hub body for ease of maintenance. These engage into a 30-tooth steel ratchet in the alloy freehub body for additional strength and increased leverage ratio which provides positive engagement and super fast pick up for increased acceleration.
The alloy cassette carrier has been cold forged with extensive CNC machining to exacting tolerances and features a hard anodized finish for durability and strength.
