New to the Nukeproof lineup, the Warhead Boxxer DM direct mount stem is compatible with the four-bolt Rockshox Boxxer direct mount standard.
It offers the same tough construction and durable finish as the standard Warhead stem, with full CNC machining to shave excess material without compromising structural integrity.
Featuring a 45mm reach and OS 31.8mm diameter bar clamp, the Warhead DM has a one-piece four-bolt front clamp with stylish full colour heat transfer decals)

Failure to do so could result in unexpected wear and or failure, possibly resulting in injury. Please read the following directions and helpful hints when installing your new stem.

Nukeproof Dirct Mount Stem Installation Instructions:
1) Remove all bolts and other parts from the stem using care not to score the bar.
2) Center the clamp over the center section of the handlebar and rotate the bars as desired in the clamp.
3) Tighten the clamp bolt to secure the bars in the stem. This bolt shoud be lubricated with grease and
tightened to a maximum 7-10Nm torque.
4) Insert the stem over the fork steerer tube and secure to top crown. Put cap plug in hole at top of stem by
applying straight downward pressure.
5) Check for proper adjustment before each ride. As part of routine maintenance, carefully check all welds,
tubes and clamps for cracks. Replace immediately if any damage is evident.
