he NewWarhead DC headset from Nuke Proof combines high level performance with minimal maintenance to produce the ultimate fit & forget headset for hard hitting applications such as DH and Dirt Jumping and All-Mountain riding.
The upper and lower cups are precision CNC machined from high grade 7075-T6 aluminium to exacting tolerances to provide the optimum fit between headset and frame.
The Warhead DC features a 21mm insertion depth to help dissipate the high stress loads created by long travel DH and All-Mountain forks. High quality sealed stainless steel angular contact bearings provide silky smooth operation and the additional labyrinth seal will eliminate the ingress of dust, mud and water to provide you with years of service with minimal maintenance.
