Warranty Policy
NUKEPROOF WARRANTY TERMS
Nukeproof warranties against manufacturing defects for the periods specified below. We will repair or replace any item verified as a legitimate warranty claim.

WHAT IS COVERED UNDER THE STANDARD WARRANTY?
This warranty covers the original purchaser from defects in materials, paint and workmanship from the original purchase date for a period as listed below:
- Nukeproof Frames = 2 Years (This can be extended to Lifetime with Registration)
- Nukeproof Downhill Frames = 2 years
- Nukeproof Components = 2 Years (lifetime on Carbon Handle Bars)
- Nukeproof Ti Bearing HZN Headset = 5 years
- Nukeproof Ti Bearing HZN Bottom Bracket = 2 years
EXTENDED WARRANTY
By registering your new Nukeproof bike or frame, you can extend the standard 2-year warranty cover to a lifetime** warranty. (Please note: downhill frames are excluded from lifetime coverage and carry a 2-year warranty.) **Lifetime warranty is for the lifetime of the product which is 10 years. For the customer to continue to benefit from the lifetime warranty cover, the customer must ensure regular maintenance (Once a year).
Registration must be made within 30 days of purchase. Registration also extends the crash replacement and makes the warranty and crash-replacement cover transferable to second owners — including downhill bikes.

In order for the warranty to transfer to the 2nd owner, they must obtain a copy of the proof of purchase from the original owner and register themselves with us as the new owner. Transfer of the item from the original purchaser to another person without registration terminates this limited warranty.
Where we repair or replace items under Warranty; they are covered for the remainder of the warranty period and subject to the conditions outlined in the original warranty.
This limited warranty does not cover items used in rental operations or any defects caused by wear and tear, accident, neglect, improper handling, abuse, misuse, improper assembly, incorrectly performed maintenance or repairs, non-compliance with recommended maintenance and care procedures.
CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS
Nukeproof is not responsible for direct, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition or under any other legal theory, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, loss of actual or anticipated profits (including contracts) loss of the use of money, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business, opportunity, goodwill, reputation, any indirect or consequential loss.
HOW TO MAKE YOUR WARRANTY CLAIM:
Claims within the framework of this warranty must be submitted in writing as soon as possible via an authorised Nukeproof dealer. The Frame should be delivered to your authorised Nukeproof dealer, together with a receipt, invoice or other valid written authentic proof of purchase on which the Frame’s serial number and date of purchase are stated.
CRASH REPLACEMENT
In case of a crash that affects the functionality of your frame (irreparable), we will provide a discount on a new frame to the original owner (2nd owner if registered) for the duration of the period as outlined in the table above. Crash replacement discount is 40% off the RRP of the replacement frame.
