Outside Account Manager - Austria - Mid West

Job Description

Your responsibilities include:

  • Actively identifying potential customers through prospecting, market research, and follow-up on leads.
  • Active field sales and customer visits within the territory.
  • Providing excellent customer service and marketing support to your dealer base.
  • Scheduling meetings and conducting sales conversations with (potential) clients.
  • Negotiating prices, terms, and contracts.
  • Maintaining relationships with existing customers and identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Staying informed about market trends and competitor activities.
  • Accurately recording sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborating closely with the marketing team to support lead generation efforts.
  • Attending internal sales seminars, training, and educational sessions at headquarters (Beringen – Belguim).
  • Representing the brand at dealer events, trade shows, and national races.
